Account and Data Deletion
Infinit Labs users can request deletion of their account and associated app data at any time.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to [email protected] from the same email address used in your Infinit Labs account.
- Use the subject line: Delete my Infinit Labs account.
- Include the email address associated with your account if you are contacting us from a different address.
Data deleted
When the request is verified, we delete or anonymize account profile data, generated audio history, prompts stored for history, voice favorites, and app usage records tied to the account.
Data retained
We may retain limited records when required for security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, legal compliance, subscription processing, or dispute resolution. These records are kept only for as long as needed for those purposes.
Processing time
We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days unless a longer period is required by law or for legitimate security reasons.
